Custom Photo Tag Keyring

Our Personalised Photo Tag Stainless Steel Keyring is a unique and sentimental gift that allows you to carry a special memory with you wherever you go. Made from high-quality stainless steel with a glossy finish, the keyring comes with a keyring slit in the same color as the tag and is available in four colors: silver, black, gold, or rose gold.

To personalise your keyring, you can send us a photo of your choice and we will use a laser engraving machine to transfer and engrave it onto the tag, creating a truly one-of-a-kind memento. You can also add a personalised message on the back or choose to have a second photo on the back.

Photo quality:

It's important to note that the quality of the photo you send will directly affect the finished product. In order to ensure the best possible results, we recommend sending a high-resolution photo rather than a digital photo of a physical photo. This will help to avoid any issues with pixelation or low contrast, which can result in a lower-quality image on the keyring.

Make sure to only upload sharp photos where the subject is in focus and all the contours are clearly visible. For example, a black dog on a black sofa may not turn out well. Lighting is also extremely important because it is what the laser picks up on. The light source should preferably shine straight onto the subject and not have multiple light angles or shading within the picture. If the picture is very dark, it may be difficult for us to create a clear and detailed final product.

Please note that we have found that black coloured dogs are better suited to Silver tags, and white coloured dogs are better suited to Black tags.

Steps to personalise your Photo Keyring:

1.) Choose your preferred colour of stainless steel tag
2.) Select between a one-sided tag with photo, or two-sided tag with photo on one side and personalised message on the back, or a two-sided tag with a photo on both sides
3.) If you choose the option with a personalised message, use the personalisation box and fill in your personal message
4.) Send photo(s) of your choice for laser engraving (note: the end product can only be black, white, and shades of grey)
5.) Attach the photo via an Etsy message and press the photo button on the right of the message box to upload it

Photo Editing:

Please note that we will need to crop your photo to fit onto the keyring, which is 45mm in height and 25mm in width with curved edges at the top and bottom and a hole through the middle of the top for the keyring slit.
We will crop your image to fit as much of your photo onto the keyring as possible, either in portrait or landscape depending on your photo. Square images have less space to crop, so try to send a photo with more background and not completely zoomed in.

Occasionally we may need to rotate your photo so that the hole is at the bottom and not through the subject's head. If you have any specific cropping, sizing, or positioning requirements for your photo, please include clear instructions in the message when uploading it.

Shipping:

For local orders, your items will be shipped via Standard Royal Mail 1st class for Free, with an aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, although it may take up to 3 working days during busy times.
If you require a Tracked and Signed for delivery service please select this extra in the Shipping Options on checkout.

For international orders, we will use Royal Mail International Standard which will take between 5-12 days to deliver after dispatch.
