Orders are made and dispatched from Newquay, Cornwall, United Kingdom. Current production times are shown on the relevant product page and are separate from delivery times.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail Special Delivery / next-day guaranteed service — £10.50

International delivery

• Royal Mail International Standard (not tracked) — £9.00
• Royal Mail International Tracked DDP — £13.50
• United States: Royal Mail International Tracked DDP — £15.00

Free worldwide shipping

Delivery is free for orders over £50 worldwide. The qualifying order value is calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been made and dispatched. Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are service names and are not guaranteed next-day or two-day delivery services. Only the Special Delivery option is described as guaranteed, subject to the service terms shown at checkout.

Tracking, customs and duties

Tracking is provided with tracked services. International Standard is not tracked. DDP means duties and taxes are included where that service is offered. Customers using a non-DDP service may be responsible for any local import charges.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun.

If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and supporting photographs where relevant so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
