✪ For single Spotify songs, you must have a Spotify Premium account otherwise it will take you to the album that the single is located in, and shuffle the whole album.

✪ If you do not have Spotify Premium, you can create a playlist or album, and when you open Spotify and scan the code, it will take you to the playlist or album.

✪ If you do have Spotify Premium, it will work as it should/perfectly no matter if you choose a playlist/album/single song.

We laser engrave black onto the silver, gold and rose gold tags, and white on the black tags as a default. If you would like white engraved on silver/gold/rose gold please just let us know in the messages and we will customise this for you.

Anything can be engraved onto the reverse side of the keyring. So, if you have a photograph of handwriting (on plain paper), text you would like engraved, a logo you like, or anything else, please let us know in the personalisation box or if it is an image, please send this to us on Shopify or email us at custom@thelaserlad.com.

We also offer these keyrings in silver, rose gold, black and gold. Note that all of the colours, including silver, are a high gloss/high shine finish, and so is the 25mm keyring and jump ring, making this a super high quality keyring with a nice weight to it.

How to order:

- Please leave the song or album name and artist, as well as any version or re-release it may be in the personalisation box. A link helps to ensure the correct song is engraved. If you would like the code to link to a playlist, please copy and paste the link URL into the box or send us a private message after ordering.

- Also, please let us know if you would like any text on your keyring on the reverse side if you have selected 'Spotify code + reverse'. If so, please choose your preferred font from A-N. Please note that if you do not select a font we will use the default font which is font B on the list of fonts in the listing.

PLEASE NOTE: 'NO Spotify Code/Text' means you receive a blank keyring with no engraving, i.e., no Spotify code. This is an option for customers who would like to purchase a BLANK tag as a sample before making bulk orders.

Shipping:

For local orders (UK), your items will be shipped via Standard Royal Mail 2nd class for Free, with an aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, although it may take up to 3 working days during busy times.

If you require 1st class delivery service please select "Express" in the Shipping Options on checkout.

For international orders, we will use Royal Mail International Standard which will take between 5-12 days to deliver after dispatch. Please note that this service is the basic international shipping and has NO TRACKING.

If you require a Tracked and Signed for delivery service please select Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

Please note that we occasionally experience a few days' delay in international deliveries, so if your package has not arrived by the estimated date, don't worry it will be with you soon.
